Announcements Updated!

Turned announcements into more of a "blog" look. This will keep things in chronological order so that we don't get those bumps ^^.

I personally think it looks pretty cool so yea,

have fun!

Note: I'll be updating the templates to make this center around an announcements thing and not a blog.
