Ya I have and I play it but it has missions and stuff to do

GTA is pretty much drive around and shoot whoever you want. There is a small stornmode, bur it is also a sandbox game. Same concept.

MineCraft is NOT boring lol. When you start making a house and spend your time on it it gets interesting. I speant 10 hours yesterday playing it :3

Ty, just downloaded it, played it. I can see this becoming the best casual (and indie) game when the full version is released. Had some fun too with the cheats. Gave myself a castle made of gold and diamond blocks.

Yeah, this is gonna be the best game ever.

Damn, I just spent forever following a lave path to a literal ocean of obsidian (no cheatz) and I died! I didn't lose much, tho, but I lost my only Diamond pickaxe! arghhhhhh!

I don't have this game, but it sounds pretty cool.

This is kinda like that but it's "real life". You have to build your supplies before you can spawn them. You have health. During night monsters come out so you need a house. It's really fun. And if you screw up and like burn something down there is no coming back :3

I just downloaded it yesterday. though the graphics arnt great, the game is very amusing.

I have watched some tuts to get going and downloaded a Canary on my ipod and im getting the hang of things. This game is really fun but can get anoying if you keep screwing up haha.

How do i make torches (Get material)? I can get sticks but its the coal. were do i get it?

Press I to go into your inventory. On the little mini crafting table put a stick on bottom and coal on top. You now haz torches.

i think he need to know how to find it and mine it.... (Am I right?)

if so, get wood and stick, then make a craft table through your inventory (press i)
put the wood in, you get lumver, or some altered form of wood.
you appear to know how to make stix.

to even cut through stone, you need a pickaxe.

piackaxe is made with the following

W= wood stuff
S= stick
E= Empty
on your crafting table, place this....

[ W ] l [ W ] l [ W ]
[ E ] l [ S ] l [ E ]
[ E ] l [ S ] l [ E ]

That gets you a pickaxe, mine through stone with it. When you get stone blocks, do the same grouping as above with stone instead of wood to make a stronger, stone pickaxe. Then hunt for coal. Basically dig until you find (boring) OR you can search your minecraft world for a cave of a big stone opening in the side of a cliff. That is typically where you will find coal.

I I'd before shelter. They had a shelter.

I didn't realize there was peaceful until like 40 nights. I play on peaceful durin the day, normal/easy during the night. just to kill creepers and get tnt material. Wow, first post in like 2 months.

lol im not on peacful. I have an okay looking house. Then I tried to put lava next to it and it burned down haha. but i built like 2 new houses and its going good. Ive found diamond and gold and that nice stuff. I have the game pretty much figured out. I have an app on my ipod to help me out a little.

I even have a jukebox. how do you play music from it?

you find music discs. I forgot where you get them, i think they are drops from monsters

To get a music disc, you have to have a skeleton kill a creeper.
