Black Ops

First off, I went to the COD channel on Youtube. I now regret EVERYTHING I said negative about Black Ops.
I saw their recent videos and updates on BO and the game looks purely amazing. Just watch the vids, the WHOLE vids.


Also they have a ballistic knife that is kinda like a throwing knife, but it's from the hilt of your knife. Also you can customize almost everything! You can make your Thermal vision blue! You can change the color of your Dot Sight. It's sooo best. You can also customize your Title and Emblem. You can get your Clan Tag and Clan Symbol imprinted on your gun! Also, their is this RC car you can drive around and once it crashes in to something/someone it explodes! And you can control it. Their is also a camera you can set up. Their is a mode called 'Wager Match' and you play for currency. Yes, BO has a new currency system. Their are three game modes on the Wager Match. The 2 that caught my eye the most is 'One in the Chamber' and another one that I don't remember the name for. 'One in the Chamber' is like a Last Man Standing type game with a twist. You start off with a one-hit kill pistol with one bullet. If you kill someone, you get an extra bullet. If you shoot and miss, all you have is melee. So this would be good for all you hardcore gamers out there. There is more, just watch!

This game still looks bad. I'm not the biggest FPS lover, and I'm getting tired of the yearly COD rehash.

They should have stopped at MW.

IMO, unless your parents are too overprotective and think you are going to kill yourself if you play violent games, I don't see how you don't like COD.. Remember, IMO.

FPS's rarely make it to our shelf, partly because "blood and gore + family = scolding". But, if I had a choice, I'd soon get Bad Company...

CoD is a bad game. Simple as that. It isn't fun at all. It's the same game each year. Thegame mechanics never change. It simply isn fun, and isn't a challenge. Saying your good at cod, or most fps games, it means nothing. They are pathetically easy.

You probably are just saying that because when you actually DID play COD, you sucked at at. Simple as that. If you had some skill, you would find interest in it.

call of duty.. i'd rather play halo
i know call of duty is like, the biggest and bestest war game out there,
but i dont get whats so great about it.. you go and throw a knife, hoping you'll hit there leg
or arm, and the enemy dies.. and it all seems like you die so fast, but i guess thats

but i'd prefer battlefield:bad company over and shooting game. you can actually
destroy buildings and other parts of the environment, but this is just an oppinion,

lol AR, you're kidding right? CoD is one of the easier games out there. Believe it or not, FPS games aren't "hardcore." Just popular. They are overall pretty easy games, that take ten minutes to be good at. Simple game. Neverwinter is right. CoD, to me, is boring and tedious. It gets waaaaay too rerpetitive. Walk around, kill, walk around, run, walk around, kill, walk around, run. There is no point to it other than to convince people you have any gaming ability. Play something like Golden Sun. HArd, fun game that I'm horrible at. But I love it. In fact, I plan on getting Dark Dawn.

only the online will be good to me, cuz i hate cod storylines. ans as far as other shooters, some are easy, some are hard. example: fallout 3 is very sample although it is technicilly
a rpg. f.e.a.r, an the other hand, is ridiculous. the enimiesare strong, and pop out of nowhere.

Really? First of all, I don't get how that would accurately justify it. Listen, I have little cousins who really stink at video games (let's take Mario for example). They die every few minutes of playtime, and try over and over and over again. But, they continue to play regardless; why? Because it's fun. Remember, these are people who have NO skill whatsoever, and yet they still play Mario. Yet, when they play some of my favorite classic games, they eject the disk within five minutes or less; why? Because they think it is really boring. It just goes to show, you don't need skill to be interested in anything. You only need it to be good at whatever you do.

Second of all, I don't get how you would think he hates it just because he might suck at it. Do I like parkour? Yes, but I am not ashamed to say that I am quite the noob at it. Do I cry in absolute joy when I hear I have a writing assigment? Heck no! But I still do it--not only because I should strive for the "A"--but because I am (man, I hate tooting my own horn) good at it.

Didn't feel like reading all that, but in for in red. Well, it's just like a mental thing, if you aren't good at it, and isn't the type of person who keeps trying no matter what, you just think it's a bad game.
