When ever I tap once or twice on an icon it selects it. Now it doesn't do that and I need help on getting it to work again.
Edit: Well my laptop. I thought it would come clear. When ever I use to tap 2 times on the touch pad it clicked and drag now it doesn't. So I need help.

Most laptops have software for the mouse to enable and disable actions on the trackpad, you might have accidentally turned it off, what brand and model laptop do you have?
