| Vita's game lineup looks just as good as the 3DS's. I want both to succeed, despite my Nintendo bias. I want both!
Wii U: it looks like a joke from the surface, but if you look more into it, it starts sounding pretty awesome. Will it replace my PS3? No way; but it'll still look nice sitting next to it under my tv.
Microsoft's conference--Disneyland Adventures=game of the year, for all years. Seriously though, the only good stuff was MW3, Halo 4, Mass Effect 3 for Kinect, and Ubisoft's Ghost recon Kinect thing.
Was a good e3, but not the best...

| Personally i still think the wii u was a joke. I hate to say i have outgrown nintendo fanboyism. Sold mah wii. E3 wasnt so good this year. I still love mr caffeine's "im not afraid of a few dick jokes" comment. Only complaint of sony's conference=nice shot jeremy. | |

| The way I see it, if it becomes everything the Wii was supposed to be and more under $300, I'll consider it. Developers seem to really like it, so that's a start.
No DVD/Blu-Ray is annoying, but I'll live. My only complaint is the one controller per console, but the console's powerful enough to handle 4.
Needs games. Zelda, Metroid, and lots of my favorite games in hd will keep me sold.

| If people are interested, why is nintendo's stock falling? Also, iirc, some footage from the reveal was ps360. | |

People still know nothing about how the system stacks up to the competition. Fear, uncertainty, doubt. Pretty much the exact same thing happened with the Wii. Nintendo's not gonna lose sleep over this... Also, reports have shown that they didn't want to show off the power of the system because the SDKs were underclocked. Developers didn't have anything worth showing. Sega says the system is much more powerful than they thought...

Okay, I'll admit I kinda laughed at that since it was perfect timing. Kudos for that weird toylet find... Convincing? No; their statement won't make me rush out and get it. Reassuring? Yes; at least we know it's a pretty powerful machine that won't be "blown out of the water" by it's competitors that easily.

| Didn't really care much for the new hardware at this year's E3. More looking forward to the games. Skyrim, BF3, Gears 3, Halo 4/CE revamped, Bioshock Infinite, Mass Effect 3, Uncharted 3. Late 2011 and 2012 is the YEAR of gaming I've also noticed because of PC's recent rise to the top, Microsoft and Sony might feel the need to step it up too (kinect and the vita just isn't going to cut it). My prediction: Microsoft will announce their new console at E3 2012 and release it in 2013. | |

| Hey LolICU: my prediction is that yout prediction is cpnfirmed true a week ago. I bet i am right.
And its not a recent rise. PC has always been technically superior. I still prefer consoles.

| Bet you're wrong: "According to VideoGamer we may be having our first glimpses of the a new Xbox console at next year’s E3 conference. Though unconfirmed, the new console has been dubbed the Xbox 720 and is apparently taking advantage of Microsoft’s DirectX 11 soffware & Crytek’s CryEngine 3." Sony and Microsoft has announced that they are starting development of the next gen consoles at E3 this year. However, they haven't come anywhere near in confirming a release date or an actual announcement date. Microsoft works quick, so I'm hoping they can pop out a new console in 2 years' time.
I know PC has always been superior in terms of hardware. I'm talking about popularity here. A year ago the PC community was ALWAYS put down. Now if you go look around the interwebz you can see that PC fanboyism is just insane. Whenever someone goes onto youtube and posts something like: Xbox is awsome, or PS3 is amazing! it's almost guaranteed that they're going to be trolled / flamed or worse.

| First of all, when you see a high ranking developer say something, confirmed or otherwise, it WILL happen. It is just how it works. Like how we were told Wii U comes out next spring/summer.
And i see what youre saying in terms of the PC fanboyism. It is out of freaking control.

| You mean like this? All this is just what the vocal minority is saying. Nothing to worry about. Oh, and LolICU, Crytek denied any rumors of new hardware development. The proof is right here. I know Microsoft's probably working on new hardware, but with the banners of E3 still up, it's insanely easy to start a rumor. Watch... According to an anonymous source, Microsoft's new Xbox hardware is supposed to be another leap in graphical performance, boasting a quad-core 900MHz CPU, 6 GB of RAM, and approximately 1 TB of hard drive space. Xbox Live is to be revamped with new social features, and about 6 "new, made-for-hardcore IP's" will be teased next year. | |

Lol...the specs don't look all that great if they plan to release that as a next-gen console in 2-3 years. I mean, it's light years ahead of Xbox360 and PS3 but upon release, these next gen consoles are still going to be behind the PC in terms of hardware. Well, I guess that can't be helped At least Microsoft finally realized that Xbox Live is their console's strongest feature.

| You do realize I made all that up on the spot, right? Jokes/sarcasm is hard to determine when in written form. I just did that to prove how easy it was to start a rumor.
But if this ends up on IGN's front page, I better get paid for giving you guys free advertising. :p
Unless you want a $999 console, you'd better be glad those aren't the official specs.
