Should I?

So I'm thinking about getting an xbox. The problem is, its gonna be new, and I can't have any M games (wtf)

So is it even worth getting?

Well, to me it depends on what you want. Just compile a list of games you want, look up some reviews for each of the games, and see for yourself if it's worth it.

If it were me, I'd see the pros and cons of getting one:

+Most of my friends are on Xbox Live
+Exclusives
+It starts at $199
+Awesome UI + HD
+More Games
+No one cares about RRoD anymore. MSFT fixes it for free.

-It starts off with 4GB (what's up with that?!)
-Kinect. 'Nuff said
-No multimedia functions like the PS3
-Lots of dude's on XBL are over-competitive and arrogant little kids

So, there you go. You can decide for yourself if it is or not.

Yeah, not to start a flamewar, either, but maybe you should get a PS3 instead, unless you already have one. I've been able to go for weeks without PSN, yet still survived.

Ps3 is a lot better anyway, especially without M games. I used to not be allowed either.

I would go for a Xbox.

The only thing PS3 beats Xbox in is free online. Other than that Xbox wins.

Go for Xbox. Don't listen to them, Kinect is not bad. I got it and I like it. The motion sensor works wonders, and it also has voice sensors and stuff like dat.

Guys, he can't play rated M games. Tar levee you truth kiddie games. That's it. And no onlne. Nothing to do with it. I mean, the hardware already sucks, does it need restrictions?

If you can't play rated M games, get an Xbox and just buy a bunch of arcade games.

The original 360 beat the ps3.

The current ps3 is rated better than the current 360

I knew this would turn into a fanwar. At a request, we're continuing the argument discussion in the Xbox vs. PS3 topic.

But we will still talk about darkprism's decision. Oh, and DAC, that video's a bit old. So, yeah, just find what games you plan on getting, and if most of your favorite's are on Xbox, go for it. If not, try PS3.
