So I really want to tell a girl how I feel but so scared that I'll get rejected plus I don't want to do it in front of people...

If she's with her friends, walk up tell a joke or something then ask her if you could talk to her privately. Then shoot for it.

Note: If the girls she's with go "ooooooh" when you walk away from the crowd to talk to her, chances are that she likes you because she was probably feeling the same way you are right now and asked her friends for help.

just ask her out when she's alone. Be direct, if she likes you she will go out with you, if not...she 'll probably tell her friends and shit. It doesn't matter because nothing bad is gonna happen if you get rejected.

PS. Aim for a girl on your own level, don't shoot too high cuz you're just gonna fall and get disapointed. All that crap about nerds getting the hottest girl in the end from movies and shit, dont believe that, its not true.
